🔁 How to Request a Refund

Clear photos and/or a video showing the product (especially if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
📦 Lost or Damaged Items
We’ve got your back if something goes wrong:

Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of delivery, we’ll offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Lost items: If your package is lost in transit and not recovered within 30 days from your order date, we’ll gladly reship the item or issue a full refund.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Returns must be shipped to our provided return address (sent via email once your request is approved).

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the original payment method is no longer available, we can offer a store credit instead.
